personal note
Cheers to you! Stokes
Narcolepsy led me to wedding photography.
Undiagnosed with the sleep disorder through childhood, I didn’t know why years of memories blurred and disappeared, or why hours slipped away like seconds. I just wanted to remember the beautiful little moments, In 2016, my mother gave me a camera.
Photography felt like waking up. I felt pieces of myself clicking back together. Holding a fraction of a second in my hands will always feel like magic to me, because my camera became my way of keeping time.
Photography was (and still is) how I honor the people and places that have impacted my life.
In the decade since, it's been a joy to marry the passion I found in social work for working with people and the calling I've felt to capture love stories as fine art.
It is an honor to preserve once-in-a-lifetime moments as they become memories.
Not just the milestones, but the smallest glances, the fleeting gestures—the “blink and you’ll miss it” seconds that make up a life.
Because in the end, is there a greater luxury than being known and loved, or anything more precious than savoring time spent with your favorite people?
I can’t think of a single thing, so let’s celebrate in style.

Narcolepsy led me to wedding photography.
Undiagnosed until after college, I didn’t know why I lost hours and days as though they were only seconds, until in 2016 when my mother gave me a Nikon camera kit.

It is my greatest privilege to preserve once in a lifetime moments as they become memories. Not just the milestones, but the smallest glances and the fleeting gestures that make up a life.
